Congratulations to the 15U Dallas Tigers – Fleming who took First Place in the USSSA Memorial Day Classic over the weekend at Grimes Park in Desoto, Texas.  The team had a strong showing on Sunday with three wins to clinch the title, their first #1 as a team.  Congratulations players and coaches on a great weekend of baseball!

The 15U Dallas Tigers traveled to Burkburnett to play Terry Morris Classic and came away with 2nd place losing the championship game 5-3 to the Texas Prospects.  The Tigers went 3-1 in pool play and then defeated the DBAT Mustangs 9-6 in the semifinals.  The Tigers were led offensively by Blake Barr (.529 avg; 10 RBI), Quinn Moser (.571; 7 RBI) and Michael Kopech (.500; 3 SB).  Pitching performances by Greg Smyers, Richard Burgess, Ethan Davis and Brian Alonzo, along with the leadership of Noah Lee, put the Tigers in a great position to win.
