The 2009 18U team won the AABC Connie Mack National Qualifier Tournament in Phoenix to advance to be on of only 10 teams who will play in the National AABC Connie Mack Tournament in Farmington, NM August 7-14. Farmington, NM – Cole Green pitched a record setting NO HITTER, 1st in 27 years and only 7 in the Connie Mack World Series in 49 years. Tant Sheppard, third baseman, also made the 49th grandslam and had another homerun. Trey Johnson, outfield, with 1 homerun, Cole Green, pitcher, with 1 homerun and 2nd place in the Homerun Derby, Jonathan Kaskow received the Golden Glove Award. Congratulations Tigers!
