Dallas Tigers Baseball 10U Ladehoff go 5-0

The Dallas Tigers Baseball 10U Ladehoff went 5-0 on Saturday April 4 in the Texas Tournament Baseball 1 Day Easter Classic Tournament. The Tigers strong pitching gave up only 7 runs over the 5 games and the bats were hot as the Tigers scored 62 runs for the tournament. The team battled a strong pitcher in the championship game to win 8-4. Over the course of the day every player helped contribute to the team’s success!

14U Woods Win Travel Sports Super State

Dallas Tigers 14U Woods roll through the Travel Sports Super State going 6-0 on the weekend. The weekend was capped off by beating their cross town rivals Academy Select Sun Devils – Ingram.  The Tigers got on top early scoring three runs in the first inning.  They never looked back and took the Championship 5-1 over the Sun Devils.  J.J. Montenegro was lights out on the mound in the Championship game only allowing the Sun Devils to score 1 run. …

Dallas Tigers 9U Polk USSSA State Champs

After taking a month off from tournament play, the Dallas Tigers 9U Polk picked up where they left off by taking the USSSA State Championship in Grand Prairie Father’s Day Weekend.  The Tigers went 5 – 0 on the weekend.  They battled it out in the championship game against the Texas Regulators winning 4-3 with game ending on an exciting double play.  The championship game was highlighted by Zach Rike going the distance for the Tigers throwing all 6 innings. …

8U Tigers take Runner-up in Rowlett USSSA Tournament

The 8U Dallas Tigers baseball team, coached by Coy Polk, had a great weekend with 5 games that took them into the championship.  They ended the day with a one run loss in the finals that was hard fought.  Overall it is great to have a 5 game weekend and continue to improve as young baseball players.  Nice work boys!

9U Tigers in Finals at Cinco de Mayo, Irving

The Dallas Tigers 9U-Polk had another weekend in the tournament finals at Texas Tournament Baseball Super Series Cinco de Mayo National Qualifier.  After going 1-1 in pool play they came to the park ready to play on Sunday.  In their second bracket game they protected at 1 run lead with great pitching by Quinn Bowring and tough defense.  Winning 3-2 got them to the finals to face the TC Titans.
