The Dallas Tigers Woods picked up where they left off last season wining the Battle of Big D baseball tournament this past weekend at Oak Grove Park in Grapevine. Down 5-0 in the semi-final game, Woods’ Tigers fought back to score 6 in the 5th and shut down the Sundevils to advance to the finals. In the final, Tigers Woods dominated with a convincing 6-1 victory over the Sundevils. Tiger pitching was fantastic all weekend and their high powered offense outscored their opponents 50-16. Congratulations to coach Woods and all the boys on the team. Keep up the good work.
