The 17U Dallas Tigers coached by Kyle Woods are Farmington bound! They won the Connie Mack World Series qualifier in Troy, New York and will now play in the nations best tournament for 17U baseball. This is a huge opportunity for these guys. The Connie Mack World Series is held in Farmington, New Mexico. For the week of this World Series, the town of Farmington literally shuts down as everyone goes to these sold out games. It is a show of some of the nations best future college and MLB players as 17 year olds.
“I’m not surprised. This same group of players won the 16U Perfect Game Super 25 last year,” commented club president Tommy Hernandez. “These are special players that know the game and play with a lot of passion. Coaching a super talented team isn’t easy, and Kyle Woods has done a great job navigating this group to a lot of championships. I can’t wait to go watch them play in Farmington.”
Congratulations guys and best of luck! We’ll be watching.
