Dear Family and Friends,
Hi, my name is Carter Wilson, and I am fundraising for the Montealvo family to assist in their sons’ baseball expenses after their father, Jose, passed away from Covid-19 complications last summer. I have a son on Diego’s Tigers Central team and saw first-hand the love and passion that Jose and his sons share for their family and for baseball. If there was ever a day off from practice or a game, you could usually find Jose throwing the ball to his sons Aaron (16) and Diego (14). The boys began playing T-ball when they were just 2 ½ years old and both currently play for the Dallas Tigers. This sport created a bond within this family that I have never seen. Jose was devoted to his family and their pursuit of baseball.
I would love for this fundraiser to cover the boys’ expenses to allow them to play the game they love without worry. It will cover gear, fees, travel expenses, tournament costs, lessons, and uniforms. I do not want their mom, Isabel, to worry about anything baseball related and allow them to enjoy the fellowship that baseball brings to their family.
Jose showed the boys to never give up because he wouldn’t let them. Please help me supporting this family so we can continue Jose’s vision for his sons by attending the event and donating to the Go Fund Me page below. Thanks!
