Congratulations are in order for the Dallas Tigers 14U-Hernandez/Arias squad who took championship honors at the Matt Dozier Tournament this past weekend after downing the Texas Bombers Elite 6-3. The three keys to victory in this game were opportunistic base running, timely hitting, and stellar pitching. The Dallas Tigers North 13U-Robbins team finished second in the Matt Dozier Tournament this weekend in Euless, TX with a tough loss to Hitmen-Hughes Team in extra play “California Tie Breaker” after a tie of 5-5 after 6 innings. Great effort boys.

Congratulations to the 10U Dallas Tigers – Hernandez for winning their fall season opener tournament at the Matt Dozier Baseball Tournament in Grand Prairie, TX. The team earned the top seed going into Sunday’s bracket play and faced the Coppell Cowboys. The Tigers had a solid performance behind great pitching from Garrett Reuben and won 9-3.
