Former Dallas Tiger Inducted into Jesuit Sports Hall of Fame

Tiger Instructor Joins Wichita State University Baseball

Tiger instructor and NTIS Team USA coach, Jon Coyne, joins the Wichita State University Shockers as the Volunteer Assistant.  Jon was a great asset to the Dallas Tigers, but we are flattered and proud that coaches from our organization are chosen to coach at a high level of college or MLB. 10U Polk Win the Mid-South Super NIT

The Mid-South Super NIT was touted as one of the toughest tournaments in the country.  The tournament would feature eight of the best 10U teams in the country including Dallas Tigers 10U Polk, Yalobusha Giants, Team Halo, Dulins Dodgers and Alabama Elite. Former Tiger Instructor Ronnie Ortegon Named Reds Asst Hitting Coach

The Cincinnati Reds named Ronnie Ortegon Major League assistant hitting coach.  Coach Ronnie as he was known in the Dallas Tigers Baseball Club, coached a number of teams with the Tigers and provided private hitting instruction for many years. U14 Tigers Elliott Win Heart of Texas Challenge, Waco, TX

The U14 Tigers Elliott finished an undefeated weekend by winning the Heart of Texas Challenge Open Division in Waco.  All players contributed with timely hitting and excellent team pitching.  The wins also included a big come from behind victory in the semi-final. The championship game was well played by both teams and the Tigers won 6 to 4. Congratulations Tigers!

10U-Polk Back to Back Champs in Oklahoma Texas Shootout

The Dallas Tigers 10U-Polk returned to Ardmore, Oklahoma this past weekend to defend their title from last year.  And that they did. With a pool of 48 teams, the Tigers were impressive all weekend in Oklahoma as they went 7-0 outscoring their opponent 83-8. Dallas Tigers 12U Hernandez take home the championship in the Oklahoma Shootout in Ardmore, Oklahoma! With an impressive showing in Oklahoma, the Dallas Tigers 12U went 7-0, outscored opponents 84-9, and committed 2 errors all weekend.  The championship showdown came on Sunday night with another Dallas team, Texas Elite.  Garrett Reuben got player of the tournament and may likely get Tiger of the Year award.  Garrett pitched the championship game going a full 6 innings, threw 66 pitches, gave up …

10U – Polk Win The 2013 Premier Cage Match in Houston

Dallas Tigers 10u-Polk went down to Houston and brought back a Championship.  This marks only the second time in the 20 year history a Dallas Tigers team has won a tournament Championship in Houston.  The first was the 12u Dallas Tigers – Ingram team in 2011. The Tigers had great pitching all weekend only giving up 8 runs while the offense scored 35 runs.  The tournament was packed with some of the best 10u baseball teams in the Houston area. …
