Ryan Vilade Selected to the 15U USA National Team

Congratulations to Ryan Vilade for making the USA Baseball 15U National Team!  Ryan is a current Tiger and played on the 15U team this summer coached by Kyle Woods.  Ryan heads to Mexico next week!  Wish him luck. Way to go Ryan!

11U Polk Win Baseball USA Premier Classic in Houston

The Dallas Tigers 11U Polk played at Baseball USA in Houston this past weekend and brought home the Championship.  The Tigers scored 61 runs and only gave up 15 in 6 games on the their way to the Championship.  The Baseball USA Premier Classic featured some of the best teams in Texas including Banditos Black, Team Citius – Joseph, Marucci Bulls, and Texas Citius. “It was a total team effort all weekend.  The boys are finally coming together and playing …

Five Dallas Tigers competed last week in the USA Baseball Tournament of Stars presented by Major League Baseball. 10U – Polk Win The 2013 Premier Cage Match in Houston

Dallas Tigers 10u-Polk went down to Houston and brought back a Championship.  This marks only the second time in the 20 year history a Dallas Tigers team has won a tournament Championship in Houston.  The first was the 12u Dallas Tigers – Ingram team in 2011. The Tigers had great pitching all weekend only giving up 8 runs while the offense scored 35 runs.  The tournament was packed with some of the best 10u baseball teams in the Houston area. …

Tommy Hernandez Named USA Baseball Regional Director

DALLAS, TX — Dallas Tigers Baseball Club President, Tommy Hernandez, has been named USA Baseball NTIS North Texas Regional Director. The region includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock, Waco and points north. Players from across the region will participate in selection events and tryouts with the aim of being named to the Northern Texas’s 13U, 15U and 17U teams.
