Dallas Tigers Sanchez 12U traveled west 560 miles to the mountain village of Ruidoso, New Mexico again this year to play in the King of the Mountain USSSA Global State Tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The effects of the 8,000 foot altitude in Ruidoso were felt by the short traveling squad of 9 players, but they battled through the thin air to come away as the champions in the Silver division for the second straight year. Tiger Players Represent in Young Men’s Service League

Dallas Tiger players are involved in their communities and schools on and off the field. Eight current players were part of the inaugural graduating class of Coppell Chapter of Young Men’s Service League. Young Men’s Service League is a non-profit organization that initiates and encourages young men and their mothers to pursue philanthropic involvement in their community and provides an opportunity to enhance mother/son relationships. The Dallas Tigers Baseball Club represented this weekend across the Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex. Dallas Tigers Baseball was represented well this past weekend with Dallas Tigers 13U Polk and Dallas Tigers Godwin meeting in the Championship. It took a total team effort to lead the Dallas Tigers Sanchez 12U team to their first tournament victory of the season in TNTs May Blast tournament 19 team field (5/14 – 5/15). Dallas Tigers – Rodriguez wins the K For A Day Benefit tournament. Pitching and timely hitting were the name of the game as they outscored their opposition 48-10 on the weekend. They played great team baseball as everyone had an RBI on the weekend which lead to their second tournament victory this season.

Dallas Tigers 13U Polk win the DFW Slugfest at Oak Grove this past weekend.  Pitching and defense lead Tigers Polk to the Mother’s Day Championship only giving up 5 runs in 5 games.
