With only several age groups surviving the rain for Strikes Against Cancer baseball tournament, the 12U Open division was able to play this weekend. The 12U Tigers went 5-0 on the weekend to win Strikes Against Cancer championship in Plano, TX. Jared Thomas, Josh Hoover, and Owen Peck lead the team in hitting this weekend all hitting over .500. TCU Baseball Tour with Dallas Tigers

The TCU baseball program provided a tour of the facilities in Ft Worth at Lupton Baseball Stadium this past Saturday. Since opening in 2003, the stadium has played host to conference tournaments, NCAA Regionals, and NCAA Super Regionals. In the summer of 2015, construction began on a new Horned Frogs’ locker room, classroom, team lounge, sports medicine center, equipment room and coaches’ offices.
